The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu wishes to inform the community that Councillor Geoff Chambon has tendered his resignation from Council, effective Monday, 21 July 2025.
Councillor Chambon’s decision was not made lightly and is due to limited capacity with his work commitments. His contribution to the Council will be greatly missed.
There will be no extraordinary election; this vacancy will be included in the October 2025 ordinary election.
