We’re excited to share that our Staying in Place Program is now fully off the ground with our new Aged Care Program Coordinator, Sacha, joining the team!
This program aims to support older residents in our community to remain living independently and confidently in their own homes for as long as possible. Sacha will be working with local residents, families, and service providers to connect people with the support and resources they need.
We’re proud to have received a $10,000 Kickstart Grant to help get the program moving. Staying in Place Kickstart Program is supported by the State Government through Linkwest, with consultancy support provided by Pingelly CRC.
