At the July Ordinary Council Meeting, Council formally adopted the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu Workforce Plan 2025–2030.
This plan outlines how we will build and support a strong workforce over the next five years, ensuring we can continue delivering high-quality services, maintaining local facilities, and supporting the projects that make our community a great place to live.
The Workforce Plan is an important part of our long-term planning, helping us attract and retain skilled staff, plan for future needs, and ensure the Shire remains well-positioned to serve our residents now and into the future.
