Recently, the Shire held a community engagement workshop with key stakeholders to discuss how we can support and grow tourism across Wongan-Ballidu.
The session brought together a range of local voices, with valuable conversations around our region’s strengths, opportunities and ideas for the future. It was great to see such strong engagement and a shared interest in showcasing what makes our Shire unique.
A big thank you to everyone who attended and contributed their time, ideas and local knowledge.
This workshop is an important step in developing a Tourism Strategy to guide the next five years, and we’re now seeking input from the broader community.
