The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu is excited to welcome Sacha to the team as our new Aged Care Program Coordinator.
Sacha has lived in Wongan Hills for more than ten years and is already well known in the community. She previously worked with the Shire as a CRC Customer Service Officer and, more recently, at the Wongan Hills District High School as a Special Needs Education Assistant. Her background reflects her passion for helping others and her strong connection to the local community.
In her new role, Sacha will be coordinating the Staying in Place Program, a community-driven initiative that helps older residents stay comfortable, confident, and connected while continuing to live in their own homes. She’s passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community where she has raised her family and is eager to build relationships that support this goal.
Living on a farm near Gathercole Reserve, Sacha enjoys the peace and natural beauty of the area and recommends everyone visit to see the wonderful wildflowers in bloom. Outside of work, she loves cooking and reading.
