Bike Month is WA's annual celebration of cycling, and this year the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu has joined forces with the Department of Transport, WestCycle, CRC, and the Wongan Hills District High School to offer a fabulous free community breakfast!
Simply arrive on a bike, on a scooter, or pushing a pram for your free breaky. Take a look at the map to plan your route - we have great paths all over town that are safe to use for walking and cycling. Even a short ride is a great start, part way is okay!
Please cross Wongan Road at the designated crossing between Fenton Place and the CRC – Traffic Management will be in place for the duration of the event. Students can then ride on to school after the event, with the help of teachers.
RSVPs not essential but strongly encouraged for catering purposes.
To promote Bike Month in September and October this year, there are two great competitions to enter. Enter the #ridetogetherWA and Shire photocomps to win great prizes.
