Community and CTV Bus Conditions of Hire
Once you have submitted the form, the team will contact you to confirm your booking and organise payment. Please note that your booking will not be secured until payment has been arranged.
Drivers of the Community Bus need to hold a current “LR” class driver’s licence OR “LR with PTV Authorisation” class for fare paying passengers.
Drivers of the CTV Bus must hold a current “C” class driver’s licence OR “C with PTV Authorisation” class for fare paying passengers.
You will be asked to provide a copy of your licence once your booking has been confirmed.
I have read and agree to abide by all conditions in relation to the Conditions of Hire agreement for the Wongan Hills Community and CTV Bus, and in addition accept all fees applicable to this booking and agree to pay these fees prior to usage.
The CRC will contact you for payment following confirmation of your booking. You can pay for your booking via credit card, cash or cheque. Please note: payment must be made prior to booking.
