The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu is committed to protecting your privacy.

The personal information you provide in this Bulk Waste Trailer Hire Form is collected for the purpose of assessing your eligibility, processing and administering your trailer hire request, arranging delivery and collection of the trailer, communicating with you regarding your booking, and meeting the Shire's legal and administrative obligations. This information is collected under the Local Government Act 1995 (WA) and any other applicable legislation.

Your personal information will only be used or disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected, or where authorised or required by law. The Shire may share your information with government agencies, insurers, emergency services or other organisations where necessary to administer the trailer hire service or fulfil its statutory obligations.

Providing the requested information is voluntary; however, if sufficient information is not provided, the Shire may be unable to assess your eligibility or process your trailer hire request.
