Parks and Gardens

The Shire of Wongan-Ballidu has some beautiful parks and garden for residents and visitors to enjoy at their leisure. We have a passionate team on our parks and gardens crew who keep our town looking beautiful. We are also fortunate to be supported by the Wongan Hills Tidy Towns and Wongan-Ballidu Bush Care groups who contribute to greening and tidying our towns. All of our parks have a children's playground for families to enjoy.

Parks and public open spaces throughout the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu are available for general community use, including casual gatherings and celebrations. Bookings are not required for casual use, with all facilities, including tables, shelters and gazebos, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability cannot be guaranteed. To protect public spaces and facilities, equipment requiring installation is not permitted, and no items are to be pegged or staked into grassed areas.
