Dog poo in any public place is not only offensive in smell and appearance, but carries a huge risk of disease and infection.

Did you know?

Clause 6 of the Shire’s Dogs Local Laws state that it is an offence for dog excreta to be left on any thoroughfare, public place or on any property without the owner’s consent.

A $200 fine can be issued! To avoid a fine, remove the excreta immediately and dispose of appropriately.

Be considerate: Although cleaning up is not a pleasant task it is preferable to spreading disease or banning dogs from public places.
