Did you know?

Street lighting is provided to the Shire by Western Power who supply, maintain and upgrade all lights. Western Power however does not guarantee that all lights will be operational every evening.

The Australian Standard for street lighting allows for up to five per cent of lights being non-operational at any time. Western Power state that they will repair reported street light faults within 10 working days.

The only information Western Power requires to repair the street light is the street that it is on, the nearest house number or the pole number.
